Accommodation Areas

We welcome up to 350 people for day bookings and residential accommodation. Our range of 5 unique accommodation areas providing facilities for groups from 6 to 350, each with their own meeting hall. 70% of our rooms are en suite. We have a variety of twin-bedded, family and larger sleeping units. Duvets and bed-linen are provided. Guests will need to bring their own towels and toiletries and a second pillow if required. Please see our “Little Treats” order form should you wish to provide a more comprehensive package for your group, including towels, toiletries etc.
 

Nils Accommodation Block

Provides en-suite accommodation for 89 guests. Rooms available are 6 x 6 beds, 12 x 4 beds and 1 x 5 beds. There are bunk beds and single beds in each room. Nils also contains a 20 bed dormitory used for large groups.

Nest Accommodation Block

Provides en-suite accommodation for 40 guests. Rooms available are 10 x 4 beds. Each room contains two single beds and one bunk bed. This building has a private tea service facility available to the group.

Vista Accommodation Block

Provides en-suite accommodation for 44 guests. Rooms available are 4 x 2 beds and 9 x 4 beds. Each twin room contains two single beds and each 4 bedded room contains two single beds and one bunk bed. One of the twin rooms has an attached lounge which is ideal for use of the organiser or main conference speaker.

Viking Accommodation Block

Provides accommodation for 56 guests. Three rooms are en-suite, the remaining rooms share roomy ablution blocks within the building. Rooms available vary from 2 bedded rooms to 6 bedded rooms with one large 12 bedded room. Rooms contain single and bunk beds. Three rooms are located in an adjacent building called ‘Anne’s Place’ and are ideal for use of the organisers, couples or camp speaker. This building has a private tea service facility available to the group.

Ruth Hall Accommodation Block

Provides accommodation for 26 guests. Rooms available vary from 2 bedded rooms to 6 bedded rooms. Each 2/3 bedded room contains single beds and each 6/7 bedded room contains single beds and bunk beds. There is also a 20 bed dormitory used for large groups. One of the twin rooms is en-suite and is ideal for use of the organiser or main conference speaker.

The Rondavel

Provides accommodation for 6 guests. Each room has two single beds and together share a single bathroom. There is also a small lounge in the building. The Rondavel is often used as overflow accommodation for the other building blocks.

Tented Accommodation

Provides canvas tented accommodation for 68 guests. Tents available include six 5 x 5m tents with 5 double bunks in each and four 3 x 5m tents with 2 single beds. The tents have solar lights and are erected on concrete bases. Mattresses, sleeping bags, sleeping bag sheets and pillows are provided. Full ablution blocks are located a short walk above the tents, together with a meeting hall. The tents are ideal for youth groups and incur a reduced tariff.

Camping Facilities

There are five electrical connection stands available with space for up to 50 guests bringing their own tents. The Pavilion houses the ablution area and has a dining area which includes a small fridge but no cooking facilities. There is boiling water available for tea and wash-up facilities
